Choose Life

As we approach the Spring season, a time of new beginnings, new life and growth, I can't help but be thankful for the opportunity to Choose Life and nurture the small being growing inside of me. This little guy growing daily, weekly and monthly into the little person designed him to be. So blessed and thankful for the privilege to carry life in my womb. 

In honor of this special life forming in me and the March for Life on the National Mall this past January, I had the privilege to partner with iRapture.com and create some images to support the ProLife Ribbon page and remind others to Choose Life.

Josiah, born 2.2lbs, this miracle baby turns 1 year old!

A year ago today God blessed our family with a perfectly designed child named Josiah. Though the first few months of his life were a bit challenging, as he was born a premie at 2.2lbs, today he has grown into a handsome and healthy little guy. 

The name Josiah is Hebrew, meaning: Jehovah has healed. The biblical Josiah became king of Judah at age 8 and ruled for 31 years. It is no wonder this name is prophetic to little Josiah himself. Despite the obstacles that faced at his birth, there is no doubt that God has healed his precious little one and created him in His image, before he was formed in his mother's womb. I declare that Josiah was set apart and appointed for a purpose by His creator, God. 

We are so thankful for this milestone! Happy 1st Birthday little Josiah bear, we love you!

Perfectly designed!

My nephew was born 3 months early. This precious little one has been a blessing to our family. It amazes me how a tiny little guy who came before his "designated time" the doctors had given him could be such a perfect little human. 10 fingers, 10 toes, He is perfectly designed by our Holy father. We are grateful He has allowed us such a great tiny gift, making his entrance into the world at 2.2oz and 12.5". We continue to pray God heals his mommy with a speedy recovery and that the little guy grows big and strong so we can all spend a family Christmas with our special gift. 

God is so amazing and his complex design of the pregnancy journey, the stages all in their time. All the modern technology demonstrates how intricate and detailed our God is... how can we not believe in his marvelous design. 

Thank you God for designing such a perfect little guy. To hims mommy, my sister, this journey hasn't and won't be easy, but be strong, God is in control!!
